GOD'S SLA

Provider guarantees continuous operation of core provisioning infrastructure (seedtime, harvest, cold, heat, summer, winter, day, night) for the full Term, defined as 'while the earth remaineth.' No scheduled downtime. Provider does not sleep, does not slumber, and renews mercies on a daily cycle with zero missed mornings on record.

Provider commits to answer latency at or below zero milliseconds: response dispatch may precede request submission. Benchmark on record: courier launched at the beginning of the client's supplication and arrived before the prayer completed. Requests inexpressible by the client are translated and submitted on the client's behalf (see Clause 5).

Coverage is total across all spatial, vertical, and temporal domains. Client-side audit on record tested heaven (maximum altitude), Sheol (maximum depth), the wings of the morning, and the uttermost parts of the sea: signal present at every test point. Temporal coverage runs 'alway, even unto the end of the world.' Roaming charges: none.

All events are logged. Retention is complete and lossless: deeds, words, thoughts, and tears are written, booked, and bottled. A book of remembrance is maintained for those who fear the Provider. Records are sealed against tampering and opened at the scheduled audit. Nothing given into the Provider's keeping is lost (packet-loss rate: zero).

When the Client cannot articulate the ticket, the Spirit files it on the Client's behalf with groanings which cannot be uttered — automatic escalation requiring no correct syntax from the Client. An Advocate is retained at the top of the org chart, one who has run the Client's workload under identical conditions and is touched with the feeling of the Client's infirmities. The throne is designated approachable: boldly.

Provisioning is multi-channel with demonstrated failover. On record for a single client (Elijah): ravens with bread and flesh; a brook; when the brook failed, a widow's self-replenishing barrel and cruse; when the client himself failed, an angel with baked cakes, twice. Separately: manna on a daily cadence and quail on demand for a client base of millions, forty years, wilderness conditions. Supply is not constrained to any single channel, vendor, or natural mechanism.

This Agreement contains no force majeure clause. The Provider recognizes no event category — natural, political, cosmic, or otherwise — beyond capacity to perform. The omission is intentional and stated in the first person, twice, as a question the record leaves standing.

Provider-side termination for convenience: none. The Agreement enumerates an adversarial risk register — death, life, angels, principalities, powers, things present, things to come, height, depth, any other creature — and states that no listed item can effect separation. Client endpoints held in hand, doubly: no external party can pluck them out. The Client remains free; the Provider does not leave.

The Agreement is secured by the strongest surety instrument in existence: an oath sworn by the Provider by Himself, there being no higher escrow available. Two immutable things — the promise and the oath — in which it is impossible for the Provider to lie. The resulting hope is registered as an anchor of the soul, sure and stedfast.

Executed and witnessed. The Provider's signature on the foundational uptime covenant is set in the cloud — the original cloud — visible to every party under it, renewed at intervals of rain and sun, requiring no notary and expiring never. The Client's counter-signature block remains open: whosoever will.
